The staff were helpful! They stored my luggage after checkout until it was time for my ferry. I appreciated the free wifi. There were also good cafeterias nearby and they were reasonably priced.
My room lacked bathroom supplies. There was only soap. The air conditioning only worked for heating! I needed cooling. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room.

The staff were very friendly. I received several recommendations for local food and activities for the kids. The breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. Public transport is close. I took advantage of tram, bus, and metro services.
The towels were only changed once every three days .

The room included a comfortable bed and good pillows. A new Toshiba AC unit kept the room warm throughout my stay. The room was very clean.

The hotel is located near many shops, restaurants, and cafes. It's also very near public transport. I used nearby metro and tram lines to get around the city quickly.
